Animp - Animated Particles

Ray Seyfarth
This is the main program for the animp project. Animp is designed to make it easy to prepare an animation file from particle simulations. Animp is written in C++ using the Fast Light Tool Kit (FLTK) to provide a graphical user interface and using OpenGL to perform 3D graphics rendering of the particles from the simulation.

Animp is also useful for viewing molecules in PDB format. Currently the PDB file reading code is fairly crude. It only draws bonds for CONECT records.
